"The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable. "

"Nice serviced apartment with 25 hour Front desk service. staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, a few minutes walk to the market, and moyo square. About 10 minutes walk to the Royal palace. Very close to the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurant. Towels looked a bit beat up and could use some more bleach. Overall it’s a very good property with great service "

"I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."
