"The property is newly acquired by May De Ville and is still undergoing the change I believe, The gym is incomplete. Our family suite was a good size but the configuration of the bathroom was odd making it awkward to access the shower and one of the beds was terribly uncomfortable and should be replaced. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and attentive I am sure once they get over the bumps it will be great. "

It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean. "

"Really great place. Very roomy for Hanoi! It was almost a 1 bedroom with a balcony! The only complaint I have is the lack of hair conditioner (I think that is all of VN in general) and the weird drain in the bathroom. There was a shower drain, but it flowed out to the outer shower and behind the toilet. Very weird, but overall a good experience."
