"While I stayed for one night, I found the room very comfortable and modern, with good views of the city (31st floor). Service was excellent, welcoming and prompt. The room and common spaces were clean and looked very new with no signs of wear or age. Can't comment on the restaurants or bar as I didn't use them. The location is very convenient being 4-5 stops from Ginza and within 25 mins by taxi to Haneda Airport, and right next to Shinagawa Station. Will certainly consider a longer stay here...

"Our rooms had the ocean view and it was splendid, esp. during sunrise. Hotel location is next to Aeon and easy access to shinagawa seaside station, so it’s very convenient. It has konbini downstairs and also around the buildings. The room is decent size, a tad bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, could fit a couple of luggages big & small opened and we still have room to move around. Staff were very helpful and kind. We loved our stays there."

"The excellent price quality hotel, conveniently located at the Oimachi station. There is a limousine from/to Haneda airport in 30 min so that we don’t need to walk around with heavy suitcases. Oimachi is located very close to the major cities, Shibuya, Ginza, Roppongi, Ebisu and Shinjuku (within 30 min). The hotel has access to Japanese style bath and Spa with 500 yen. The body scrub and massage (12,000 yen) were excellent and highly recommend!! "

"We didn't walk around the area much or do much there but picked out location based on price and proximity to the JY line. We were completely happy with walking 1 block to catch the major railway to the places we wanted to visit. Felt like if we bought a lot of stuff in the touristy locations we could just hop back on the JY and drop stuff back at hotel with very little effort.
