"Room was comfy and it had everything you could need. Cable tv was great. Full channel line up. It was very quiet and you can have a really good night sleep. I will stay at this hotel in the future. No complaints. They also did room service every day. Great experience. "

"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "

"We were fortunate to be on a floor that had been renovated, and our room was nice. We heard from others on other floors that were not so nice. Staff was very accommodating considering the large crowds. One negative was no bathrooms available on ground floor due to renovation, so we had to go to the room every time"
