"Great location for commuting or wanting to be in a walkable place to see manhattan, time square etc. Bug rooms compared to other hotels. There is a per night hotel fee so don’t be surprised. I thought the staff and customer service was amazing here! They heard any concerns I had. They looked after me and my family there! The concierge was great. I would recommend this hotel. Hyatt Grand Central New York (there are a few Hyatt’s)"

"Nice property. Broken shower in my room when I arrived so they had to send engineering to fix it. Common spaces in the lounge were and conference rooms were great. Really nice gym. "

"I was impressed with the cleaning of the room and the hotel areas , the rooms are small but it’s normal I guess for NY . The breakfast was good , I will definitely stay again . So far just waiting for the security deposit to be reimburse. "
