"The hotel itself was stylish and staff very friendly, but one of two rooms we were given was unbelievably noisy due to the constant trams outside which made the whole room shake. In fact both of our rooms were on the first floor, not in the high rise so it was certainly a disappointment and not the VIP access Expedia has since said that I received. When we raised the comment about how noisy the room was, we were pretty much given an apology with a shrug that ‘someone has to go in there’. So...
