The early check in link through Hotels .com gave us a scare when the Novotel answered a query by saying they couldn't find the reservation, however, the actual check in at the desk was quick and easy . Hotel reception is bright and airy, staff were friendly. The execution room was excellent and the breakfast was first class, loads of choice.
