"This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows. We have always been adverse to kids clubs because it felt wrong to send them away inside on a family vacation but my girls, ages 6 and 8, loved it so much. They were wonderful with the kids! They have an activity/craft every hour so for example, they’d make candles at 10 am for an hour while we went to the adult pool, then go back at 3 pm to make piñatas. This resort is a splurge but I would rather stay 3-4 nights here than 8 nights somewhere less expensive. The experience is top notch and worth every penny. "

"I enjoyed the property, there were several things going on that kept myself and my significant other entertained. The food at the buffet wasn’t the best but it was ok. Try the other restaurants on the property. The only thing was, there is no room service or you can’t take the food to go. The staff were very friendly and nice."
