The staff is very welcoming, helpful with luggage arrangements, and accommodating with kids. Room sizes are very generous, especially the family rooms. And, the food options are ample and tasty for a family. This hotel is top of the list if you’re looking to take the stress out of travelling with young kids, especially if you’re making a long journey to Heathrow."

"The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night."
