"We had a Deluxe Queen Suite. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We loved the room - it was beautiful. The queen beds were comfortable and the room was nice and toasty. We made good use of the microwave and mini-fridge. The Lucerne is one block from a subway station and two blocks from Central Park. There is a nice deli market and a bagel shop just across the street. The front desk was very helpful every time we needed a cab or advice. The only complaint I had was the hair dryer...

"Hotel Newton was closed for renovation and despite calls and requests to Expedia they continue to send messages that I would and did stay there."

The only complaint I had was the hair dryer was on its last legs. It barely blew any air. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again!"
