You can walk directly down the street to the convention center with minimal elevation change. "Amazing customer service We had issues at another hotel near by. Went on line and booked this hotel, we were 2 hours early for check in which they had no problem with. We explained what had happen at the previous place and the girl behind the counter gave us a room credit for food for $75. She didn’t have to do that but I think she could see how flustered we were and she just made our day better. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. "
