"Room and service was nice. Pool was in a fun spot, busy boat passing area. I wish that the staff reminded you when booking shuttle that there is a $12 per person charge. I seemed to have gotten this location confused with the location that offers the free shuttle and we were caught off when the shuttle driver asked us how we were paying as we were approaching the cruise port. I wanted to call to question but the hustle of getting on board became too much. Frustrating. Breakfast line...

"Very clean room with plenty of the necessities to make for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good. Also, great location close to the Everglades National Park. "

"It was good for the most part. Did have an issue with the smoke detector going off in the middle of the night. The customer service person came and took the battery out but did not put a new one in so that was a bit of a safety concern as it was the only one in the room. "
