"Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed in from the moment I walked in the door the customer service is top tier Champaign while I check in an friendly faces the property was beyond gorgeous from the people that clean to the pool staff the level of feeling welcomed was the best I have ever experienced in my life the rooms were beautiful the balcony view was literally to die for thank you Mondrian for making my stay so memorable "

"The Loews Miami Beach is a really nice property in a good area. We wanted to find something that was on the beach but also an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is only a block north of the end of Ocean drive, and the Loews has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Miami Beach Ocean Walk, which goes all the way down to the tip of South Beach. Our room was clean and nice with a great ocean view. The property is well maintained with staff everywhere. We'll be back!"

"Second time staying at the resort and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else when I’m in Miami. The hotel has excellent amenities that you can enjoy with your loved ones. Free wine every day during a certain time period. Honestly the front day staff is amazing especially (Fernando) every time I see him he asks if everything was ok and if he can help me with anything! Top tier customer service at its best. Great guy he is part of the reason I can back. I told family and friends about my experience. They have intentions to visit the property as well. "
